Day 17: Lunacy

Saw the Moon, Jupiter and Venus (looking like Mars) on the roof last night—-and then came back and found these photos—-was on the floor in pain laughing at these!

Good reminder after all of the intensity and seriousness of the Kali ego burnings not to take everything so seriously—-least of all our own insanity.

These are the photos they made us take to get our wifi sticks. Sam: posing as a thug who is about to blow up a school and I look like some crazy western diplomat who is about to attend an international peace conference. If you could have seen the photo shoot in the village on the other side of the backwaters. I was trying so hard not to laugh and take it seriously which is why my half-smile is all crazy-concocted.
