Day 40:

“A little bit tired but brand new.”—Bjork

This project 40 was definitely the most intense of all the previous seven and I actually had no idea (consciously) when I started it on March 1 that it culminated the day after Easter. I just wanted even numbers for easier counting. But the gods are always two steps ahead of us and working for our transformation and wholeness come hell or high-water. 

The past two weeks were definitely some of the darkest and most challenging but also the most magical and beautiful weeks of my life. Losing your health is nothing to take lightly. Talk about being brought to your knees. It sure makes you humble and appreciate how petty most of the mentally created problems truly are.

During crises, we discover our true strength, true friends and quite simply our TRUTH. 

What were the ashes of this Project 40:

Doubt

Fear

Insecurity

Being too Nice

Paranoia

Weakness

Faithlessness

Attachment

I am not saying I have mastered these challenges of the ego by any means but I can honestly say that a deep and integral layer of these demons were irrevocably burned over the past 40 days. This is the beauty and gift of being a Scorpio: deep regeneration, rebirth and resourcefulness because our tenacious loyalty lies in our own personal transformation.
