Kovalam Beach, Kerala: My Pisces Moon feet trying to ground in the Indian Ocean
We're quickly building up to an ocean size Pisces Full Moon eclipse this Friday conjunct Chiron, the Wounded Healer and rainbow bridge between the physical and subtle body realms. Deep healing. I am in the midst of my current Project 40:: devoted to Chiron... and the healing crisis is real!
Even if you're just cruising along totally oblivious to how powerful these current eclipse-Chiron-Mars energies are, still on the most subterranean levels the floodgates are surely getting cracked wide open! Not to fear! On some level your soul desperately secretly wishes to be cracked wide open from its own BS. Thus, enter some of the most potent healing potential we've had in a long time. Now is the time to receive heightened levels of consciousness on our deepest wounds and past-life patterns.
Pisces rules the ocean, the unconscious, dreams, illusions and our most delusional projections. That's because Pisces is so super sensitive that it has a hard time discerning reality from fantasy. It is the part of us that truly lives in the world of our own unconscious making and projections. This is excellent for creativity and when we need to use our imaginations, but we forget that we are making half of this stuff up. Even our lovers we once thought were so sweet. When the Neptunian spell wears off, you realize it was your imagination that was sweet not the lover who turns out to be a sociopath in reality. Hence, the whole Pisces projection can be a disaster in the human realm of relationships and getting the god/human expectations confused. Humans are imperfect creatures by nature or we wouldn't be here working out all of our stuff. But we need to keep our eyes wide open to the truth and reality while here on earth. Discernment is key as the Saturn-Neptune square revealed. Dreams have their place but sometimes you need to wake up and see things for what they are and allow the disillusionment to foster some wisdom.
The unconscious is messy, irrational and completely outside of the realm of time. It also makes up its own rules and acts/reacts according to its whims just like the ocean. Speaking of which I just arrived at Kovalum Beach, one of my favorite beaches in the world but way too dangerous to swim in most of the time due to the riptides. This serves a s great metaphor, this eclipse is full of psychic riptides so we better stay closer to shore for now, lest we get tossed into rocks that slice open our Pisces feet. This week is like that on an emotional level. Swim at your own risk, especially the closer we get to Friday. Surrender is another important theme. When a colossal wave hits you, you must either dive into the center of it, ride it or be completely tossed, turned and slammed back to the earth and spit out by Mother Ocean. The unconscious and Ma, as in the Great Mother are one. If you're willing to surrender your ego and rigidity and ride the waves or dive deep into the center of your current challenges, you're safe. It's when you're oblivious with your back turned to the approaching waves or standing there hoping to resist against the force and remain upright and locked.... you're a goner!
