Day 1 - 3
We enter through Bangalore, the Garden City, for a soft landing at the iconic Leela Palace. We meet and unpack, literally and metaphorically. Amidst the beauty and grandeur of The Leela, astrology and journaling open the space. Lush gardens and fabulous meals facilitate our inward journey. Spa treatments are highly encouraged, and the treatments at The Leela are THE BEST way to get over jet lag!

DIGITAL DETOX and Rejuvenation
Day 4 - 9
We land in Kochi and travel to Kerala's edge for a brief pause in Fort Kochi. A seamless blend of centuries-old streets of colonial architecture and cutting-edge global art, we'll enjoy lunch and a little shopping before heading on to our destination.
From there, we drive south to the newly converted tiny gem-of-a-boutique-hotel, Sreemoolavasam. Our group will occupy this entire property during our stay! A 450-year-old Ayurvedic heritage home, Sreemoolavasam carries a direct lineage to Sree Narayana Guru. This is where the retreat holds its center of gravity. We'll be immersed in daily Ayurvedic treatments, yoga, and meditation, and individually tailored meals, all supporting and deepening our retreat experience. This place is THE BEST DIGITAL DETOX venue!
Daytime we'll dive into ourselves and evenings we'll venture out to plug into the spiritual pulse kept alive thru the centuries at the local and very special temples near the property.
In Jungian terms, this is the underworld: the place where old patterns finally meet the light, and dissolve.
Backwaters & Amritapuri
Day 10 - 11
After full days of treatment and turning inward, we transition...morning treatments @ Sreemoolavasam, with day trip excursions.
A very special lunchtime excursion: a private houseboat cruise carries us out onto the backwaters. The onboard chef prepares a specially curated Ayurvedic lunch while we drift past coconut palms, paddy fields, and the daily rhythms of village life.
The next day-after lunch, we travel to Amma's ashram at Amritapuri... devotion, a different kind of surrender, the possibility of Her blessing, Her Darshan. We return carrying the wideness of her embrace.
The Leela Palace, Kovalam, Arabian Sea
Day 12 - 14
Continuing southward, we close where the land runs out. A clubhouse retreat space set directly on the Arabian Sea becomes our final container, the place where integration happens. What was released in Sreemoolavasam finds new form here. What dissolved finds new life. Navajivana, after all, means exactly that.
