The eclipse season was no joke. Psychic portals were open and now we enter the sacred window between lunation to integrate all of the insights and reveals of the past month. The Leo New Moon coincides with Mercury stationing Direct at the exact degree of the last eclipse shining a bright light in our hearts to rise and shine as a new sense of Self emerges! Join us for a 7-Day ritual immersion into your psychic depths. We're calling Part 3: RISE + SHINE for the New Moon in Leo. 

Sherene and Katelan have been making magic together since creating Constellation Magazine back in 2006. Since then, they've co-created several Project 40's including the Tarot and Venus Rx series (which are now available in book form (available in the Shop) and most recently retreats in Marrakech and New Orleans. The Taurus-Scorpio balance brings together the magic of the earth and beauty with the watery healing of the emotional depths. 

Day ONE: strength—A focus on imagery of the strength card, why it's important and meditation guiding through the archetypal elements of this Leo influence.

Day TWO: 

Breaking the cycle—the cut and clear ritual. Releasing the old baggage clogging the heart and creative channels.

Day THREE: 

Self-love ritual: a special initiation to boos self-confidence from the deepest layers of the self.

 

Day FOUR: 

Open up meditation: a solar plexus meditation to strengthen the manipura chakra, “the jewel” of the self.

Day FIVE:  

Express yourself: creative exercise in self-portraiture and art as the voice of the self.

Day SIX: 

Strength within: creating custom blends to boost strength, willpower, and confidence.

Day SEVEN: 

Queen status: from page to princess to queen. The stages ritual.

The New Moon in the fixed fire of Leo coupled with Mercury coming out of Retrograde on this same day at the exact eclipse degree, invites us to rise and shine. The planets are revealing a deep story from fear, shame and self-doubt to strength, perseverance and self-possession. We can draw from the deepest wells of our psyches and drop our most entrenched and archaic emotional defences as we move from fear to love. 

We come together in this sacred circle to invoke the healing powers of the post-eclipse season integration with the gift of the New Moon.

 

Through a series of  7-day rituals, guided meditations, and videos, we will break through the post-eclipse fog, insecurity, blocks, and fears, to clear the way for living-out-loud - limitless loving that only comes from walking our true Path.

Regardless of where you live in the world, the July 2019 eclipse cycle was unearthing some core emotional wounding. Eclipses insist we do the deep dive into our own shadow work, cut energetic cords that are keeping us stuck in the past and move on to our true Path once and for all.

In the midst of eclipse storms, it's easy to get lost in the fear of what we might lose or have taken. Often these things are people, habits, and situations that are holding us back in one way or another. Eclipses are a powerful time to recommit to our bigger goals as we clear our minds from the limitations blocking our full potential. Now that we are on the other side approaching a powerful New Moon in Leo as Mercury stations Direct at the same degree as the eclipse, revelatory insights are imminent. 

We will devote Seven Days (Saturn Number) to the Seven original P40 categories (CONFESSION, ORACLE, INSPIRATION, RELINQUISH, DREAMS, BODY) with a powerful blend of ritual, journaling, creative art therapy, astrology, tarot and alchemy.

DAY ONE:  CONFESSION

This was the basis to all forms of therapy. We all need a sacred space where we can unburden our psyches from the guilt, fear and shame we often hide even from ourselves. Self-deception creates self-sabotage. By getting to the truth, your energy, confidence and sense of personal power return to you ten-fold.

 

DAY TWO: ORACLE

Paying special attention to the signs, symbols, animal totems, inner promptings and myriad forms of synchronicity that show up to guide, confirm, alert, or open us up to messages from the unconscious and our guides.

 

DAY THREE: INSPIRATION

Manifesting via inspiration through the arts and writing to tap into core feelings. Rituals to root you back to your inner source of power.

DAY FOUR: STRUCTURE

Eclipses are excellent times to revamp the daily structures in our lives that create the foundation for future success. Time management, self-care, and keeping a clutter-free schedule.

DAY FIVE: RELINQUISH

Here we will hone in on what needs to go! We all talk a good game about relinquishing that which no longer serves us, but are we ready to truly release that grip? It takes ritual, support and planetary timing. We are blessed with the opportunity to employ all three during this potent eclipse season

 

DAY SIX: DREAMS

We will focus on the inner working of our dreams. Even if you haven't been able to recall a specific dream during the 7-Days, you can work with the last one that you can recall or even a recurring dream image. We will share techniques to help you recall your dreams in the future and to work with them as a means of opening up the dialogue with your unconscious.

 

DAY SEVEN: BODY

Here we will work herbs, tinctures, essential oils, and some specific movement, meditation and somatic techniques to heal the body during and between eclipse cycles.
