Day ONE: 

WHAT exactly IS THE SATURN RETURN? WE BREAK DOWN THE MEANING, timing AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TRANSIT OF YOUR LIFE based on YOUR BIRTHDATE AND HOW LONG IT WILL LAST.

Day TWO: 

SATURN return LESSONS PART ONE. WHAT is the true nature of saturn, ruler of capricorn? FOR THOSE IN THEIR SATURN RETURN IN 2019, COSMIC LESSONS ARE PROFOUND AND SPECIFIC. YOU WERE BORN TO BE THE ONLY AUTHORITY IN YOUR LIFE – your personal saturn LESSON IS ABOUT BREAKING THE CHAINS OF THOSE WHO CONTROL YOU – WE’LL EXAMINE HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND BREAK FREE OF FALSE EXTERNAL AUTHORITies that keep you from authoring your own life script.

Day THREE: 

RE-PARENTING: FACING THE DARK WOUND OF AN ABSENT OR CRUEL FATHER. the saturn return can reveal the trauma of DESPOTIC PARENTING, especially when your natal saturn is in capricorn. FORGIVING YOURSELF FOR THIS IS CRUCIAL AT THE SATURN RETURN; TODAY WE’LL LEARN HOW TO STOP THIS FROM DEFINING YOU. THIS IS HOW YOU END THE CYCLE OF ABUSE, even if you never defined it quite that way. 

Day FOUR: 

ARE YOU CURRENTLY IN CRISIS? SATURN WILL BREAK YOU DOWN BEFORE HE LIFTS YOU UP -- LEARN TO RECOGNIZE THE CLASSIC SIGNS OF SATURN RETURN crises SO YOU CAN BEGIN YOUR own personal BREAKTHROUGH. this is about letting go and REBUILDING THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR LIFE.

Day FIVE:  

RELATIONSHIP collapse DURING THE SATURN RETURN. WHO ARE THE FIGURES IN YOUR LIFE STANDING IN THE WAY OF YOUR ABSOLUTE personal MASTERY? LEARN TO IDENTIFY AND BANISH THEM, OR AT LEAST LEARN TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ON YOUR OWN TERMS. NO ONE OWNS YOU BUT YOU.

Day SIX: 

OBSESSED WITH STATUS? WHETHER YOU WERE BORN WITH LITTLE OR HAVE ALWAYS HAD ACCESS TO WEALTH, SATURN CAN MAKE YOU FEEL A SENSE OF INNER IMPOVERISHMENT. HERE WE SEPARATE YOUR MATERIAL DESIRES FROM WHAT YOU TRULY DESERVE – FINDING THE RICHNESS OF YOUR SOUL through authentic integrity.

Day SEVEN: 

EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD – BUT YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN. IS YOUR CAREER THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN YOUR LIFE? DO YOU STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF MARK YOU WERE MEANT TO MAKE ON THE WORLD – OR IN WHAT INDUSTRY?  WE’LL DIVE DEEP INTO YOUR CLIMB TO THE TOP.

The background structure of this course in addition to the  above  7-Day syllabus will include the following categorical structure for our work. Seven is the number of Saturn and thus we have created the following seven categories to support: CONFESSION, ORACLE, INSPIRATION, RELINQUISH, DREAMS, BODY with a powerful blend of ritual, journaling, creative art therapy, astrology, tarot and alchemy.

DAY ONE:  CONFESSION

This is the basis to all forms of therapy. We all need a sacred space where we can unburden our psyches from the guilt, fear and shame we often hide even from ourselves. Self-deception creates self-sabotage. By getting to the truth, your energy, confidence and sense of personal power return to you ten-fold.

 

DAY TWO: ORACLE

Paying special attention to the signs, symbols, animal totems, inner promptings and myriad forms of synchronicity that show up to guide, confirm, alert, or open us up to messages from the unconscious and our guides.

 

DAY THREE: INSPIRATION

Manifesting via inspiration through the arts and writing to tap into core feelings. Rituals to root you back to your inner source of power.

DAY FOUR: STRUCTURE

Saturn teaches us to revamp the daily structures in our lives that create the foundation for future success. Time management, self-care, and keeping a clutter-free schedule.

 

 

DAY FIVE: RELINQUISH

Here we will hone in on what needs to go! We all talk a good game about relinquishing that which no longer serves us, but are we ready to truly release that grip? It takes ritual, support and planetary timing. We are blessed with the opportunity to employ all three in honor of Saturn.

 

DAY SIX: DREAMS

We will focus on the inner working of our dreams. Even if you haven't been able to recall a specific dream during the 7-Days, you can work with the last one that you can recall or even a recurring dream image. We will share techniques to help you recall your dreams in the future and to work with them as a means of opening up the dialogue with your unconscious.

 

DAY SEVEN: BODY

Here we will work herbs, tinctures, essential oils, and some specific movement, meditation and somatic techniques to heal the body.
